Washing Hands and Brushing Teeth:
This is a mini version of the shower’s “The “Dribble, Stop Method”. We have a brass bowel next to the sink that we place in the sink to capture the water when we want to use the sink. We turn on the water with low pressure to avoid splattering away from the target, wet the hands or the brush, turn the water off, then clean away. Take as long as you like- get rid of that gardening dirt under those finger nails. Once you’re done, dribble the water again to rinse. Take the water from the bathroom sink and pour it into the big bucket in the shower for reuse. I can thoroughly clean my soil-covered gardening hands with between 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of water.
