We use caste iron skillets because once they are sealed, all they need is a very quick rinse. No scrubbing pans that require gallons of water and nasty cleaners. Save time. Save your hands. We never ever use any coated pan with chemicals now known to be toxic. Again, the old-fashioned way is better.
